Argentina 12-26 South Africa (8-0-review)

For the first 25 minutes it was hard to tell these two sides apart...the curious clash of kit didn’t help but the rugby was average as well; then two quick Springbok tries gave them a much-needed morale boost. Many of Meyer’s changes did well like Kirchner and Mvovo but particularly Lambie who mostly played a steady impressive 10. Apart from the reliable place-kicking from Sanchez the Pumas offered little for a bumper home crowd clearly hoping for another upset.
