Richard Mifsud Not a rant...well maybe it is. Am I the only one who thought Toulouse were (a) slowing the breakdown illegally (b) playing silly buggers with the docs and the 'HIAs' (c) Offside too often (d) lucky that Pearce had a mare when it came to policing the breakdown and being lenient with them? If I'm talking crap please say

Chris McDonnell Fantastic performance today, Ross Byrne take a bow.

Conor Cronin There was a lot of talk about "missing players". Leinster weren't missing anyone today. They had a quality team who stepped up and met the expectations. They deserve every plaudit and credit today for the hard work and determination to prove they're not just place holders, they're deserving of the Jersey

Kathryn Keegan Great game
Great atmosphere
BP win
One happy Leinster supporter

Nemoy Lenny Great dominant performance, lots of try’s and a BP against second position top 14 team. Toulouse never look that threatening apart from one spell attacking our line but as usual the defense held strong. March on

Tom Clarke The full pack were absolutely immense today! Would love to see JVDF’s tackling stats!

Paul Smith Massive statement of intent by Leinster. The BP leaves it in our own destiny and might just get us a top 2 seeding. 23 heroes out there today in a match that was as close to a test match as you can get.

Jamie Bond Super. Back on form. Missing 9 key players and still putting a very good team comfortably away. Rolls on Wasps.

Sebastian Brennan Who needs Carberry when we have Ross Byrne? Solid performance today and great progress this season. Same goes for Ringrose. As for the team defense was really good today and attack did quite well if we take into consideration quite few key players missing.

Iain O'Connor Great result and performance. Byrne proving he is Ireland's number 2 10 again.

Michael Hatton SUPER LEINSTER, STILL NUMBER ONE. WITH HALF OUR FIRST TEAM MISSING. BRILLIANT RESULT. WE HAVE TWO WINS WITH MUNSTER WINNING WONDER CAN ULSTER AND CONNACHT CONTINUE THE WINNING RUN AND MAKE IT A CLEAN SWEEP FOR IRISH TEAMS.

Ken Wright What a great result, defense what amazing well done to all the players

Kevin Kelehan Lancaster has some conveyer belt mentality where the components put themselves together, he must be retained by Irish rugby whatever price he is offered elsewhere. Take nothing away from those who stepped up, a horse that drinks at the fountain has delivered.

Alan Carolan Fantastic performance from 1 to 23

Gav Heg In my ten years as a season ticket holder yesterday ranks as the best day in the rds! The lads were pure class, the atmosphere electric and the Toulouse fans a credit to their club. Kearneys try, wow, just wow. Majestic. Motm for me was fardy, a true work horse.

Noel Hewson Top class performance forwards were fierce and Ringrose was just brilliant. You could feel the tension in the ground before hand but team stepped up.

Nneil Keegan What a game. The worry going in was Leinster not needing that 85% they operated at least year. If you don’t need it you don’t use it if you don’t use t you lose it

But today Leinster had it and more. Toulouse where suckin so much oxygen after 30 phases in the first half that the front row of the rds passed out

This is a squad, this is a team! And this is what Leinster do.

Leinster-jitzu strangled the French monsters today!
Marker laid down! Your move Europe!

When you come at the kings, best not miss

Garry Wynne Today's game was proof positive that forwards win games. That Leinster pack could take on the All Blacks

Andrew Potts This new generation of Leinster players were thrown in against a resurgent Toulouse and got a BP win, writing their own story in Leinsters history. Men of the match 10 to 15 locking out Toulouse counter attack game and bagging two good tries themselves. This performance could well be the performance of the competition by a very young team. Finally what do refs have against Kearney tackled in the air no penalty or red card. It was a text book red card yet Leinster are missing a player for two weeks who was competing for the ball and Toulouse do not even get a warning. What would have happend if Kearney had put a foot in touch, would we have seen a red card and penalty try for stopping a certain try?

Ciara Ní Mhongáin That felt like a final, incredible performance. You could feel it from the team they were up for it. Great result I would not have predicted a bonus point, the only way through Toulouse was via long passes or kicks

Many thanks to all who offered opinions.

Look out Monday for our match writeup JLP
