Conor Cronin Disappointed. I can only imagine how the players feel.

You can do everything right for the rest of the season but it's on the day it matters. Our red zone efficiency disappeared, our gain line successes went with it. Tries win games and we had none.
I know they're are those who'll question the ref, but however much he didn't help he's not to blame today.

Well done la Rochelle. Better on the day and better on the score board. And for anyone claiming their win as your own, best of luck with that, it'll fill no trophy cabinets.

Paul Smith Bitterly disappointed but La Rochelle deserved their win. We've had a fantastic run to the final but today we weren't at our best. People pointing fingers at individual players and Barnes need to pour themselves a pint of reality. We've another quarter final next weekend and all the players should know the fans are 100% behind them. It's mot the drive for 5 We all want but irs still a drive for 5 and another URC trophy would be a brilliant way to finish this season while we all rake a break and go again next year.

John Willie Conroy Scrum is of serious concern now going forward Ireland included. Is it a coaching issue ? Ever since greg feek left these shores our scrums seem to be on the slide

Trevor Darling (reply to John Willie Conroy) Sorry I don’t agree with you, I thought Furlong had Priso I trouble at times, there is so much going on in the scrum, very hard to officiate, Leinster knew they had to move the ball quickly from the scrum, so channel 1 ball used a lot, Priso was going at 45 degrees in a number of scrums and Barnes was wide to it, and Furlong was not taking the pressure from Priso at contact causing him to go to ground, so over all I was impressed with Leinster handling of a much heavier pack!💙💙

James Murphy Barnes struggled, looked in two minds a lot. I thought he was poor. We didn’t have enough in the tank today,

Well done to O Gara & Co

Jamie Bermingham (reply to James Murphy) I’m sorry but I dislike Barnes as much as the next person but the fact is 18-10 up and we botched a simple clearance kick, we made a mess of that and only have ourselves to blame

Kevin Kelehan Heat killed them, flew down too late in the week, should have had a charter down there on Monday and trained off the coast in hotter temperatures than Marseille, somewhere like Montpellier or Avignon. That was not Leinster today, it wasn't stage fright, it wasn't fatigue, it wasn't a superior La Rochelle to Leinster of 2 weeks ago. 5th star next year in Dublin

Cormac Mannion So frustrating. We didn't play as well as we could have but despite that, LaR looked completely out of ideas when they attempted that long range drop goal. Fast forward a few minutes and we had lost all momentum.

Terrible shame. We still need a Thorn/Hines/Elsom in the pack

Noel Hewson Never got going almost held on but LAR never let get into the rhythm. 3 tries to nil hard to win that way. They will dust themselves down and go hell for leather for the URC no doubt.

David Lawlor Should have gone to the corner from the penalty after the sin binning. Lacked the confidence and that cost us in the end.

Aidan Hartnett Barnes didn't lose Leinster this game

Gary McDonagh Best team won

Many thanks to all who offered opinions.
