A little bit of history was created at Old Wesley last night when they played their first ever women’s rugby match. The ladies braved the inclement weather to play a tag rugby match against Terenure at Donnybrook. Old Wesley came away with a 7-6 win but everyone was a winner on the night with the emphasis on fun and participation. Congratulations to Women’s Rugby Director Avril Poff and Coach Andrew Adams for their hard work in achieving this milestone.
