Leinster fans won't like remembering Dave Kearney's slip at the RDS last season that led to a Christian Wade try, but today it was Wade’s poor footing that let in Solomona for try two of a first half hat-trick. The Premiership leaders were shaky on defence and Cipriani was off form as Sale built a 31-9 lead but a comeback seemed on after tries from Bassett, Johnson & Beale before the home side were able to close out an important victory.
