For a while it was looking like it could be a tough afternoon. The kind of tough afternoon that takes place in the evening. You could call it a tough evening. Ultimately it turned out as the kind of Friday night we have grown used to.
This week, I went to the match with fellow Post to Post Sport pundit Rodg. Those of you who listened to our FIFA Womens World Cup series or our Champions League podcasts will know him as the guy on those podcasts who isn’t me. Rodg isn’t a rugby fan, and doesn’t really know a lot about it, so naturally we talked more about what food we’d get before hand.
I had the pleasure of bumping into last seasons Womens Player of the year Sene Naoupu, who we had been in touch with about coming on the show after the November Ireland camp. She is the exact kind of person you would want representing your team, such a friendly warm person. Leinster won the InterProvincial series last month. While Rodg got himself a pizza (without jalapenos much to his dismay) I went and got my first curry chips of the season. I would like to take a minute to ask if anybody else
