Conor Cronin A strange end to the season, fitting to send off a couple of great players with a good win. We'll miss them, particularly Benty.
Raging I couldn't be there myself, and more so at the sight of a couple of "fans" leaving at 60 minutes, but still great anyone could be there, especially players families
Gav Heg (reply to Conor Cronin) yeah I was shocked to see people leaving too. You have to trust that the lottery was 100% random but what kind of season ticket holder leaves any game early? Especially the first one in 470 days. Perhaps the type of person who puts petrol on a BBQ?
Stephen Girvin (reply to Conor Cronin) they made an announcement about people staying in their seats at full time for their exit strategy, cue about 30 people immediately getting up and leaving. One couple left at half time ffs. And Gav, season ticket holders leave every game early, regardless of time of day, or score. There’s a few around me I could set my watch by.
Paul Smith Firstly, how brilliant was it to see fans back at the RDS. Thanks for the memories Fards,, Benty and Cian K, its great that there were some fans there to say goodbye. An enjoyable game for a dead rubber, some excellent tries, particularly the one by Baird which was a stunner. Some excellent performances too, but how good was Dorris this evening, surely would have been a Lion if he'd been fit all season. A weird season, but we still won a title, and we'll give it another crack for that 5th star next season.
