The champions were in charge of this Top14 semifinal for the most part thanks to a hungry back row and Luke McAllister's boot but the pivotal moment was an amazing try-saving tackle by Clerc on Max Evans. Castres' decision-making was odd; there was Teulet's persistent kicking from hand but most of all it was converting a penalty under the posts rather than taking a scrum 15v13 that baffled me. JLP
