Competition winner : Will Finane
Leinster fans will be missing many things since the 2012/13 season…there’s Joe, Jonny, Isa, and of course most of all, Darce’s chin.
But those finals in May went a long way towards helping us get over those losses and in this DVD we are given the chance to re-live the roller-coaster campaign.
It starts behind the scenes after the Amlin & Pro 12 triumphs as the victorious Leinster squad celebrate in the dressing room and we even get a taste of Joe Schmidt’s final post-match speech to his players.
We are then taken all the way back to the start of the season as the boys took on Gloucester in Tallaght Stadium and with the help of interviews with coaches (like Joe, Greg Feek & Richie Murphy), players (like Leo, Isa & Jamie) and even the blazers (like…er, yer man, that tall fella and the other guy) we get a sense of what it was like being part of the RDS set-up throughout the march to that unique treble success.
This of course makes this DVD the perfect answer to the question : “what’s the ideal stocking-filler for the Leinster fan who has everything?”.
So whatever you do, don’t get that monogrammed nose-hair trimmer - trust me, it won’t be appreciated. Get this instead, it absolutely will be. JLP
Leinster Rugby have kindly offered a copy of the DVD as a prize for winner of the latest HarpinOnRugby “unriggable raffle”.
All you have to do is stay tuned to the HoR Facebook page during the week and follow the instructions whenever the competition windows are open.
Not sure how our “uriggable raffles” work? Click here to find out.
Check the grid below to see details on when the competition windows will be open.
DAY | TIME | NO OF QUALIFIERS |
MONDAY | 9PM | 40 |
TUESDAY | 9PM | 30 |
WEDNESDAY | 9PM | 20 |
THURSDAY | 9PM | 10 |
The following extra rules are unfortunate but necessary.
the competition winner will only be contacted via the social media account they used to qualify
only one entry per separate Facebook account is allowed each day, but it’s ok to enter once on each of the four days
each window closes 3 hours after posting – if all the spots are not taken, the extra ones will be allocated in a manner to be determined by the competition organisers.
when you are asked to leave an “exact phrase” this means you can use the phrase with OR without the quotes; also, since speed is a factor in the competition we will make allowances for typos once it is clear a decent attempt has been made to repeat the phrase
for transparency purposes your qualifying comment must remain on the social media post until Friday 9pm at the latest, ie when the grid is officially made public.
be aware that Facebook have been known to display comments in a random order on the web; as competition organisers we will do all we can to ensure the timeline is properly followed in each window.
entrants’ positions on the grid are set and not open for discussion, nor are any other final decisions made by the competition organisers.
If you have any questions about the competition and/or its format, feel free to email we'd be happy to explain.
BE SURE AND HAVE A GO AND BEST OF LUCK!!! JLP
