Nothing to play for while wasps had everything to play for. Was always going to be a tough day at office. Lads gave up not long before HT. Disappointed but not worried.

Not quite sure what to say about the Leinster result. Absolutely destroyed by Wasps.

There's no sugar coating it, Leinster were atrocious today and the European season has largely been a write-off. The focus now is obviously the PRO12 but the lads can learn from this experience (especially Cullens Cubs) and try again next October.

Seriously though, we need a forwards coach. Our maul is a shambles. And Noel Reid should never play at this level again. He was all at sea defensively at times and wasn't exactly convincing in the tackle. There was nothing to play for and once that penalty try was awarded the lads seemed to switch off. Still though, 51 points is not acceptable. Under any circumstances.

@HarpinOnRugby scoreline is a concern. Very poor performance passive in defence and insipid in attack

Let it never again be said that that's our first choice pack. The youngsters are significantly better rugby players than the guys out today. Cronin, Moore, Toner, Ruddock, Murphy, Heaslip, Reddan, Kirchner, Rob Kearney- these guys are all coasting; no way are they worthy of their place on the Leinster team at the moment, let alone Ireland.
Not only have we recorded what I believe to be the worst result in the history of the club today, but we may well have knocked our fellow Irishmen from Ulster out in the process.
Shameful stuff...

@HarpinOnRugby that's some beatin'

My girls came in from their matches today in bits , muddied , bruised and major stud marks on their legs . Not one complaint or excuse , they bust themselves playing . Its not exactly the glittering heights of European rugby , but they approach it as if it is so . I think Leinster have forgotten what matters . Skill heart and ambition .

@HarpinOnRugby We missed Mike McCarthy today #Leinster

How much longer do we have to put up with Sean Cronin's coughing up possession via a crooked throw at the line out? Another such **** up at the start of the second half set us on the road to disaster! Reid should be dumped for his unwillingness to tackle. Letting Madigan leave for France could prove to be a major miscalculation, if concussion does for Sexton's career (and currently, people, it's not looking good...) Horrified by today's second half performance!!!!

@HarpinOnRugby Ref only watching the men in white. I've lost count of wasps infringements just on that last.passage alone.

Leinster had the equivalent of a good tier two international team in the way of internationals and experience. They lost to a efficient English club side with two ex Leinster players in their team. The resources and player experience we have we're not reflected in that performance.

Congrats to Wasps, worthy pool winners. As for Leinster, poor on the day but scoreline nowhere near as big a concern as injury count #COYBIB
