Clinical. Josh was a different animal but still won't force his way in next week. How strong in our backrow!?

Derek Tormey

Credit to Lancaster. Came up with a plan to deal with Connacht offence and it worked. Will always be helter skelter in Galway but we were clinical in their 22. Good shift by front row, Moloney and JVDF up front. 2 classy scrum halfs on display - thought Marmion was Connacht star player

Andrew Bailey

Connacht supporter here. Leinster line speed the difference between the two sides. Up every time ' bang on.

John O Halloran

Not the most spectacular of performances but a well earned win in my opinion. Leinster's line speed was incredible. They made it very difficult for Connacht when they had possession with so many tackles, and constant pressure behind the gain line. Great experience for that Leinster team; I definitely didn't expect an easy win in the Sportsground with so many starters being absent, but the young guns stood up tall tonight. With a home semi-final in the bag as well - I personally couldn't ask for more.

Killian O'Criodain

Our backline was badly found out tonight. We've walked out of there with a robbery. Ross Byrne is a million miles off the standard but good to see CH have a solid outing. A win's a win.

Philip Ellis

Superb result well done all concerned!

Deirdre Kennedy

JVDF's performance may cause Leo and Stu some headaches ahead of next week. Speaking for the national side now Tiernan O'Halloran is surely the best option for 15. Always looked like a threat.

Mark Lynch

Home semi secured. Now to turn the semis into finals.

DΓ³nal Foley

Cracking game in Galway. Hats off to both sides. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ Tiernan O Halloran has to be on the Irish summer tours.

Mick O'Brien

Beating the champions away from home with a try bonus? That speaks for itself.

Marconi Giampaolo

Well I was left dumbfounded as to how we got away with the result we did & I suspect Pat Lam, John Muldoon et al will feel the same lol..... bottom line is a team in form in ascendancy take the opportunities when they arise and boom!!! 5 pts! Home semi final! Many senior players rested for next week! Yes OK we were found wanting a couple of times out wide but TBH whilst we never looked like winning but we always looked like we'd fight till the end..... a great defensive plan by Lancaster and then exploit the opportunities when they arose and they did! Another dogged performance. Well done and I really do fancy our chances against Clermont-Ferrand 😎😎😎

Bonus point win away from home with 35% possession scoring 5 tries against the defending champions while fielding effectively a second string team with one eye on a European semi next weekend. Yep I'll take that...

Cormac Mannion

Much like last week, a team with very little time together in match scenario make the most of their chances. Away win, against the champions, with a BP, and securing a home semi, Leinster are looking like a team who are getting used to winning!

Conor Cronin

25% possession in the second half yet we won that 40 mins 5-17. Says it all. We were so good without the ball today. Defence proved the best attack. VDF a clear MOTM but thought Triggs (again), Ruddock and McGrath were all great as well.

John Molloy

Good result for a near 2nd string team

Tom Clarke

Bonus point win in a ground we've had difficulty with & tough opposition - take that result any day. Few things for the video room on Monday but good strength in depth & how Leo & Co are going to pick three back rowers next week...

Richard Collumb

Many thanks to all who offered opinions.

Look out Monday for our match writeup JLP
