Lights turned off on Mike Ross' immense career. What a man!

Amazing atmosphere and standard of rugby for what is a relatively unimportant game for both clubs #LEIvGLA— Simon Hick (@hicksimon) April 28, 2017
Lacked a spark towards the end.

Friday night..... (no) lights 😂 pic.twitter.com/gVOkAeOBhn— Aisling O'Connor (@aisling7) April 28, 2017
Not exactly what we want with world cup on the line
Declan Gardiner
Just to sell the gimmick, they turn the lights back on only to flick them off. Mike Ross is standing on a wire somewhere, I swear to god— Three Red Kings (@threeredkings) April 28, 2017
RDS? Rugby's Dark Stadium?

The lights were on (or not) but nobody was home (defensively for Glasgow in first half & Leinster in the second half).

I hear the crowd at #LEIvGLA are told to wave as....many hands make light work.*gets coat and leaves*— The Loose Head 🏉 (@TheLooseH) April 28, 2017
Couple of slack tries, but we had some very good line breaks. Leavy stupid to tap and go when their scrum was on the ropes. Young team though so they will learn and improve. Future is bright.
Tom Clarke
Extraordinary game ultimately confirms Glasgow won't be in play-offs for first time in five seasons under Gregor Townsend https://t.co/9jwhlTDEUL— Mark Palmer (@MarkPalmerST) April 28, 2017
Need to pay the electric bill very good game the Leinster young guns did well the future for Leinster Rugby looks great

All singing, all dancing match at the the RDS! Leinster squeak home, great send off for Mike Ross. Glad Kirchener got a try too— Fromtheruck (@Fromtheruck) April 28, 2017
We have lights in Munster!😂
Nmj McThornton
Punishing assault by Glasgow but Leinster hold out. All in all, a pretty good game. Glasgow will feel early chances went a-begging— Scottish Rugby Blog (@ScotRugbyBlog) April 28, 2017
Bizarre end to a game but a BP win against a very strong Glasgow team by a Leinster second team is a good days work in anyone's book.
Paul Smith
Sadly for Mike Ross I fear this match will largely be remembered for the lights failing #LEIvGLA— Rugby Onslaught 🏉 (@Rugbyonslaught) April 28, 2017
This is what happens when you stop using AC/DC intro music. #Thunderstruck

MOTM is the electrician that got the lights back.... nah it's Nick McCarthy— #RugbyLeinster (@RugbyLeinster_) April 28, 2017
Should've worn the luminous jerseys!!

Congratulations to .@MikeRoss03. The cornerstone of another winning #leinster performance. #legend— Niall Kitson (@niallkitson) April 28, 2017
I'll take a bp win over Glasgow any day, even by only one point! For the third time in only 4 matches I'm amazed that a team who probably haven't been together competitively before got the result, and with 4 tries. The young guns are on the rise, and we'll done particularly to Ross Molony, pushing the ref, asking the right questions encouraging all around him. A definite future captain. Also, I hear it's more fun in the dark...
Conor Cronin
Happy we won that by HT 😳What happened? Not being able to watch it is a killer Thanks @HarpinOnRugby @leinsterrugby and @ultimaterugby 💡💡💡— Richard Mifsud (@Richmif) April 28, 2017
What struck me was the way phone torch function is the new lighter when a convenient power outage hits

90 trys for Leinster in 21 games in Pro12.Some difference from last year.— Tom Coleman (@LeinsterRoyalty) April 28, 2017
Noel Reid is seriously underrated. Two passes that led to tries again last night. Having a great season.
Shane O Leary
What a game! Fair play to Glasgow for staying in it. Those floodlights had more energy than that Jack McGrath clearance! #COYBIB— Harpin' On Rugby 🏉 (@HarpinOnRugby) April 28, 2017
Many thanks to all who offered opinions.
