Talk about doing things the hard way! After the first couple of matches it looked like it would be a Sarries v Ldn Welsh final but in the end it was Gloucester and Ldn Irish who made it and having overcome opening defeats in both their qualifying pools, the Irish thanks to the efforts of Joseph, Yarde, Ellis and Ulsterman Conor Gaston came back from 5-28 down to lift the trophy winning 33-28.
