Our defense is far too narrow. Plenty of work ons but a bonus point win is a tremendous return.

No losing BP for Wales. Ram that World Cup vote up them! #IREvWAL— Brendan Hurley (@brendanhurley) February 24, 2018

Always seem to concede out wide late in games.

Great win. Rucking elite level. That Wal had a sniff was only because we had no kicker. Going into a test match without one is shocking.— Patrick Logan (@paddylogan13) February 24, 2018
Massive victory, what a performance.

Never in doubt right?— Alison Donnelly (@AliDonnelly) February 24, 2018
Wales conceded twice as many points today as in the two previous games combined. We need to improve our defence for sure though, this is where we miss Payne and Robbie. Centre is huge for that.

Move over Johnny, Stockdale might be my new great love #IREvWAL pic.twitter.com/7g993zqyei— Julie Dilger 🐼 (@JulieDil) February 24, 2018
Bonus point win is always a massive achievement. Ground it out and were the better team.
We are on par with England in terms of functionality over excitement/expressive play but it's working so, for now, happy out.

Yes yes yes yes!!!! Come on!! #IREvWAL— Doireann (@doireannmcgrath) February 24, 2018
I need a sleep after that 80.
Perfect finish.

Jacob Stockdale is a credit to this team. What a way to finish the match. What a win for Ireland. #IRLvWAL #NatWest6Nations— Kristian Ross (@Kristian7Ross) February 24, 2018
A good win with some sharp attacking play . Great shifts by Porter and Farrell under pressure in high profile roles. Stockdale looks like he is acclimatising well. But the defence... we have to stop leaking tries.

A massive win amd such a determination to see it through. I'm getting fed up of saying that
A. Conor Murrays box kicks are in the main wasted 🤔
B. Conor Murrays far to slow both getting to the base to retrieve the ball smd getting it out 🤔
C. Have we forgotten the concept of "Quick Tap n Go" 🤔
And most importantly.....
D. The GAPING HOLES on our Wings is going to cost us..... and it nearly did today!!
A few things to work on but phew the nerves are just about recovering 😂😊😂

Wales lack Ireland’s killer instinct. Huffed and puffed but never quite good enough. Had Sexton been able to kick the game would have got away from us much sooner. A good team would have punished you when the ball came off the posts, but we gifted you a try.
Ireland benefited from Jackson’s refusal to ref the scrums. I doubt very much you’ll be able to bash over from short distance in Twickenham, but 5 tries to 3 tells its own story.

WHAT. A. GAME. #IREvWAL— Irish Rugby Blog 🏉 (@IrishRugbyBlog) February 24, 2018
For a game that we were in such control we could have lost it at the death. Once again non defence in the wide channels was an issue. Scotland are pretty handy out wide

Ireland still on target for Grand Slam but you have to feel for Wales .. Good game to watch ! #NatWest6Nations #IREvWAL— Jonathan Kaplan (@RefJK) February 24, 2018
Some of the youngsters played like veterans and some of the veterans played like youngsters. A bonus point win against a team like Wales but with room for improvement is no mean feat. We’ve come some distance and the future looks bright.

Some battle great effort from the lads!— Sean O' Brien (@SeanOBrien1987) February 24, 2018
A really good win with a lot of positives. Jonny clearly not fit from the start. The unsung heroes performed - Kearney,Toner and Farrell. The moments where we switched off a worry. But we beat a strong competitive team by 10 points so focus on the positives

Didn't think we would totally outplay Wales.Given how much better we were, we made life very difficult for ourselves

Another impressive game management from Ireland. Possession and territory stats through the roof but as with the French game it very nearly got away from us.
Stunning performance no doubt but work to be done.

We deserved that. Chris Farrell deserved MotM. Not sure I deserved my nerves being shot in the process but I'll get over it... #IREvWAL #COYBIG #ShoulderToShoulder #natwest6nations— Harpin' On Rugby 🏉 (@HarpinOnRugby) February 24, 2018
