CARDIFF BLUES 19-20 GLASGOW WARRIORS
With only flanker Gibbins impressing throughout, Glasgow struggled to get their famed attacking phases going against a mostly ordinary Blues outfit and even went 10-0 down when a Tom James dummy bamboozled both centres. Finally they clicked as Pyrgos crossed one side of halftime and on the other, Cardiff were caught napping as Russell and Jones combined for an all-too-easy score. A late Shingler penalty in front was pushed wide leaving the fortunate Scots ahead in this rainy error-strewn contest.
