WORCESTER WARRIORS 10-41 EXETER CHIEFS
The champions took their time capitalising on a litany of Worcester errors but once they settled the tries flowed giving them a 24-3 halftime lead. To be fair the Donnacha O’Callaghan-led Warriors lost starting 10 Heathcoate early and began 2nd half brightly but a neat Steenson chip landed for Whitten who shipped it to Woodburn for the bonus and Exeter coasted from there. Strong-carrying number 8 Sam Simmons impressed as did sniping scrum-half Nic White and towering lock Jonny Hill.
