To most this was a crucial match in deciding the Mitre10 Cup top four - to Leinster fans it was another chance to see new recruit James Lowe’s form. But it was Tasman’s other winger Viliami Lolohea affecting the result with two identical first half challenges on jumping Taranaki players - his dismissal gave them no chance as the home side ran in six tries to their four. Lowe was tagged for four missed tackles and can definitely play better.
