WAL 23-19 ITA (8-0-review)

In matches like this before a World Cup there is only one type of result that matters...medical scans. Unfortunately for poor Webb and possibly Halfpenny too they could be looking at bad ones, which would be a serious blow for Gatland given his pool. A scrappy affair with only Scott Williams standing out for Wales while Italy showed a marked improvement after their series with Scotland, especially in defence. Ireland should have enough for them but must be mindful.
